Beautiful Trational Vietnamese SILVER lacquer plate

Decorative with Black Chinese characters painted on top (meaning: Happiness, Prosperity, Longevity).

Size: 12 inches, measured by diameter.

This plate can be used to hold fruit or dried flowers or for decoration.

It is made from bamboo and is coloured by the sap of the lac tree many times in the Vietnamese humidity. It is allowed to dry each time before the next one to make its surface shiny and sturdy.
